I am absolutely thrilled with the way my engagement ring turned out. We came in to Oaks just wanting to look but Melissa was so professional, helpful and thoughtful that we decided to go with her helping us design the ring of my dreams and she was with us every step of the way. Absolutely the best jewelry repair shop sround. I came in with both jewelry and watches that had to be fixed, and the master did their job perfectly and quickly. Can't be grateful enough for such service.

i have been coming here for over 50 years. this place is the best for all your jewelry needs. i just took my watch in to get it fixed and they gave me a "loaner" until i get my original back. cant beat that

All of the reviews I read before coming here are absolutely true, Oaks Jewelers is the best of the best. I bought my now wife's engagement ring here, and Coleen was super friendly and nice and took the time to show me what all of the color, size, and grade meant on the diamonds. I was very happy working with them and how everything turned out. My wife wanted a slight adjustment to her band after I proposed and Oaks was nice enough to do it for free. They are very dedicated to making sure their customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase even months after they bought it. We also bought both of our wedding bands here, and Melissa was very kind and patient with us to find exactly what we were looking for. She even ordered other options so we could try all of the ones we liked. All of the staff at Oaks Jewelers are super nice and I highly recommend filling your jewelry needs here.

One of the last old school Jewelers in the East Bay, and a hub for people interested in awesomely restrained displays of all the wealth they would like to keep hidden, because no one wants to be known as a fat cat, but you still want to have your platinum custom bunny ring with emerald from some Colombian mine, in a city where people don't even have running water.
