Oaks Jewelers Product Warranty and Guarantee

We warrant and guarantee the quality of our jewelry, as long as you allow only Oaks Jewelers to work on the item. We guarantee any jewelry made entirely of precious metals, and/or containing diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and cultured pearls.

We will examine, clean, and polish your jewelry free of charge for as long as you own it. To ensure a lifetime of trouble-free wear, please bring your jewelry in to Oaks Jewelers approximately every six months for a free cleaning and inspection. If anything is found to be defective, we will replace or repair the item free of charge. If it has been significantly longer than six months since your last cleaning and inspection, bring in your jewelry as soon as possible. We will clean and inspect it for free, and make any necessary repairs at your expense. We will happily reactivate your warranty afterwards.

This warranty shall not apply to lost, stolen or abused merchandise. We recommend that you insure your jewelry against theft and total loss, and we are happy to provide you with a written appraisal for insurance purposes.

When gemological descriptions are provided, they have been determined using strict gemological standards or by independent gemological laboratories.

We offer a free lifetime upgrade program on loose mined diamonds sold at Oaks Jewelers.

Unless otherwise noted, we have a 30-day return policy on in-stock purchases. Any returns beyond 30 days will be at the discretion of Oaks Jewelers, and will incur a restocking fee. Custom and special orders are non-returnable.

Oaks Jewelers only works with manufacturers and suppliers whose diamonds and gemstones are proven to have originated from legitimate and ethical origins. We only purchase diamonds from respected suppliers who proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process.
